People

Our people are at the heart of Ecogee’s impact.

We are committed to creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported, recognised and able to grow. Our staff benefits include enhanced maternity and adoption leave, flexible working options, annual leave purchase, a Christmas shutdown period and access to a Live and Learn fund for personal development.

We also invest in future talent by supporting apprenticeships, work placements, school engagement and careers activities that help young people explore opportunities in retrofit, renewables and construction.

We work in communities across the North West, and our goal is to leave a positive impact wherever we deliver projects.

In 2024–2025, Ecogee provided £19,839.50 in donations to local charities and community-led organisations. We also gift aided £400,000 to Centre 56, a local domestic abuse charity nursery that is part of The Regenda Group.

Our teams have supported local schools, charities, food banks and community organisations, helping to create value that lasts beyond the completion of our projects

As a retrofit and renewable energy specialist, sustainability is central to what we do.

Our work helps improve the energy efficiency of homes, reduce fuel poverty and support carbon reduction across the North West. In 2024–2025, we installed more than 1,600 individual energy efficiency measures, including solar panels, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, external wall insulation and internal wall insulation.

We are also working to reduce our own environmental impact. Following an analysis of our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, we have committed to carbon reduction targets and are focusing on fleet and travel, which account for the majority of our emissions.

We know that how we procure matters.

Ecogee works with local subcontractors and suppliers wherever possible, helping to keep investment within the North West and support regional businesses.
