Managing Director
Gill became the MD for Ecogee in 2023 alongside her role as MD for M&Y Construction and Maintenance. With a collaborative and commercial attitude, Gill has grown the businesses to ensure with every service we deliver, the customer is at the centre.
A proud ambassador for Women in Construction and maintenance, Gill works tirelessly to promote careers in the sector to young people.
Ecogee has a social heart and generates profit for purpose. Delivering tangible social outcomes though charity donations, work placements and improving the environment through the retrofit work to homes; contributing towards Net Zero 30.

Behind every Ecogee project is a skilled team of retrofit specialists, coordinators, surveyors, installers, compliance colleagues and customer-focused support staff.
Based at our Aintree headquarters, our team works across the North West to deliver energy efficiency improvements, renewable technologies and whole-house retrofit programmes for housing providers, local authorities, developers and homeowners.
We also work closely with trusted local subcontractors and supply chain partners, helping us deliver projects safely, efficiently and with a strong commitment to local employment and community value.
