Procurement Frameworks

Ecogee helps housing associations, local authorities and public sector organisations deliver retrofit and decarbonisation projects with confidence.

As an appointed supplier on a number of recognised frameworks, we provide a compliant route to market for clients looking to improve housing stock, reduce carbon emissions and deliver better outcomes for residents. Supported by The Regenda Group, we combine technical expertise, trusted delivery and a proven track record across the North West.

Our Framework Partnerships

You can explore the full list of frameworks we have been appointed here.

Ecogee delivers full-property retrofit solutions under Fusion21’s national framework. We support landlords and councils with whole-house energy upgrades, including insulation, ventilation, low-carbon technologies, and renewable energy systems.

Working with GFP members—including Great Places and Cobalt Housing—we deliver targeted retrofit programmes that improve EPC ratings, reduce fuel poverty, and enhance tenant wellbeing. Our work includes cavity wall insulation, solar PV, ventilation, and digital home monitoring.

Ecogee is appointed to Torus’s retrofit lot, supporting their investment in sustainable housing. We provide design, supply, and installation services for energy-saving measures across domestic properties.

We are currently delivering retrofit works under the SHDF Wave 3 programmes:

  • Great Places Housing Group via Greener Futures Partnership
  • Weaver Vale Housing Trust via Fusion21 Decarbonisation Framework
  • Cobalt Housing via Fusion21 Decarbonisation Framework
