Meet Andrea, our dedicated Tenant Liaison Officer, who goes above and beyond to ensure every household feels secure and supported during essential home improvements. 

With over 100 properties under her care this year alone, Andrea plays a vital role in assisting some of our most vulnerable residents, including the elderly and those with severe health conditions. She understands that home renovations can be challenging, and her mission is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. 

When going the extra mile for customers, Andrea sums it up best: 

“It’s not just about finding out if someone needs something specific; it’s about making sure that every time we enter someone’s home, they feel safe and supported.”
