What is the Torus Retrofit Framework?
The four-year programme, led by Torus, sets to transform homes across Liverpool, St Helens, and Warrington with energy-efficient upgrades that reduce fuel poverty and carbon emissions. The framework is valued between £75–£100 million and will see six trusted contractors deliver retrofit works to thousands of homes.
The retrofit works will focus on upgrading older housing stock to meet modern energy standards, helping residents reduce fuel costs and carbon footprints. Ecogee’s coverage will span Liverpool, St Helens, and Warrington, areas where the company has already delivered millions in social value through previous schemes.
Torus, which manages over 40,000 homes across the region, has long supported sustainability and community investment. This framework is the latest in a series of initiatives aimed at tackling fuel poverty and improving housing quality for its tenants.
Ecogee was ranked 5th on Lot 1 – Retrofit Works
Ecogee scored 72.64% for our strength in risk mitigation, quality control, and customer liaison.
